Socio-Emotional Well-being

At NMMC 93, socio-emotional development is an integral part of our students’ learning journey. We believe that success in the 21st century extends beyond academics, requiring students to develop essential life skills such as empathy, resilience, and effective communication. To foster this holistic growth, we incorporate Socio-Emotional and Ethical (SEE) learning into our daily school routine. Through structured activities, discussions, and reflective practices, SEE provides our students with the socio-emotional support they need while enhancing their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Developed by Emory University in collaboration with the Dalai Lama Trust, this approach helps our students build strong interpersonal relationships, make responsible decisions, and navigate challenges with confidence.
